Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products on our website. We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases (with a few exceptions) made on our website. While we regret that our product hasn't met your expectations, you can get your money back using our simple and hassle-free returning process.

Eligible Refund Timeframe

You are eligible for reimbursement within 30 calendar days from the delivery date on courier tracking. Any time after that, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the products as soon as possible upon arrival to ensure the products fit your needs.

Products Excluded From Returning

Most of the Wishly products can be returned. However, we don't accept returns on products that are health hygiene-related, consumables like candies, etc. This is determined case by case.

Return Request and Contact Us First

We must determine the eligibility of the products you want to return to us. Therefore, please contact us first. Wishly will not be held responsible for your money loss if a return request has not been made or has not been accepted.
Log into our website, navigate to the relevant order and use the message box to inform us about the return (please don't email us). Once the request is accepted, your order status changes, and follow the return instructions to complete the process.
We do accept requests for partial returns on an order. In that case, please tell us which product you are intending to return in the message.

Returning Product and Getting Refund

Please try to return the product in the same condition as it was purchased, including any manuals, accessories, and packaging.
We will have to receive your returning product first, have its conditions inspected, and then issue the refund if it's appropriate.
A refund is a reverse transaction for us to put the credit back into your account using whatever the payment method you have chosen to purchase the product.

Shipping Fee

If you have changed your mind and decided to return an order, the returning shipping cost is to be covered by you. When we issue the refund, the shipping fee (if any) on the order will not be included because that this fee was paid to the courier to deliver the order to you in the first place.
If you are returning an order that has a major defect and we have accepted your return request, we will cover the return shipping cost. When we issue you the refund, the shipping fee (if any) on the order will also be refunded to you because the order has not been fulfilled by us so we cover all the shipping costs.
If you are requesting partial returns on an order, the above scenarios still apply, except we will only refund a percentage of the shipping fee (if any) on the order based on the returned defect value divided by the total shopping cart value.
