Shipping Policy

At the moment, Wishly ships from Sydney NSW and delivers within Australia only. This means the delivery address on an order needs to be an Australian address for us to fulfill that order. Placing an International address on an order will result in the cancellation of that order, and money will be refunded after deducting any of the handling fees that might occur in the process.

If all items in your shopping cart are Free Shipping, we won't charge you any shipping fee on that order.

Otherwise, the shipping fee is calculated based on your shopping cart total on the order. Generally speaking, the higher the cart total is, the cheaper the shipping fee becomes. Once the cart total breaks a certain threshold, the shipping fee is completely waived.

We dispatch our orders in 1 to 2 business days. Once we've handed our parcels to the couriers, the delivery time largely depends on the couriers themselves. In addition, if your delivery address is in states other than NSW, please allow an extra day or two for your parcel to be distributed across the border.

To speed up your order delivery, we offer express shipping for an extra flat rate of ($6). Ahead of any major public holidays, you are likely to experience delays in your post. Express shipping let couriers prioritize and expedite your shipment by paying an extra fee. On our end, we will attempt to dispatch your order on the same business day if possible or no later than 1 business day otherwise.

All of our shipments come with tracking numbers. Our customers can use this reference number to track their shipments on the courier's website.
